Sign in to SlotSpice Casino, step by step

SlotSpice Casino uses a standardised login flow for secure and fast access to your player account. This page explains how the login works, how to reset a forgotten password, how to activate two-factor authentication and what to do if you receive a sign-in error.
How to sign in
Click the Log In button in the top menu on slotspice.com. A popup opens where you enter your registered email address and password. Then click Continue. If you have enabled two-factor authentication you will be prompted for a one-time code sent to your mobile or generated by your Google Authenticator app.
"Keep me signed in" option
The Keep me signed in checkbox makes the session last up to 30 days on the same device. This reviewer recommends not activating this option on shared or public devices, since it provides direct account access without a password for the duration of the session.
Forgotten password
Click the Forgot Password? link under the login form. Enter your registered email address and click Send Reset Link. An email with a secure reset link is sent within 1 till 2 minutes. The link is valid for 60 minutes from issuance and can be used only once.
Follow the link and enter a new password (at least 8 characters, at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one number). After confirmation you are logged in automatically with the new password.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
SlotSpice offers optional 2FA for extra account security. To activate 2FA:
- Log in and go to Profile β Security.
- Click Enable 2FA.
- Choose SMS-based authentication (codes sent to your registered mobile) or app-based (Google Authenticator, Authy).
- For app-based: scan the QR code with your authenticator app and enter the generated code to confirm.
On the next sign-in you will be prompted for a 6-digit code in addition to your password. This reviewer strongly recommends app-based 2FA over SMS, since SIM swapping is a documented attack vector.
Common sign-in problems
"Incorrect email or password": Check that Caps Lock is off and that you are using the same email address as at registration. If you are unsure of the password, use the reset function.
"Account is locked": After five failed login attempts the account is automatically locked for 30 minutes as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes or contact support for immediate unlock after identity verification.
"Account is suspended": This may be due to self-exclusion, a cool-off period or an ongoing compliance review. Contact [email protected] for more information about the reason.
2FA code does not work: Check that your device clock is set correctly (time-based 2FA codes are sensitive to clock synchronisation). If you have lost access to the 2FA device, contact [email protected] with a copy of your ID to restore access.
Account security
SlotSpice uses SSL encryption (TLS 1.3) for all sign-in and cashier flows. Passwords are stored with bcrypt hashing and login attempts are logged with IP address and timestamp. On suspicious activity SlotSpice automatically sends a security alert to your registered email and may temporarily lock the account pending verification.
This reviewer urges players to never share passwords, always use unique passwords (not reused from other sites) and to enable 2FA immediately after registration.
Login history and activity logging
Under Profile > Security > Login History, the last 30 logins are displayed with IP address, device type (desktop, mobile, tablet), browser version and timestamp. The reviewer considers this feature a strength compared with the industry average, where many operators only show the most recent login. The casino automatically flags logins from new countries or unusual IP blocks with a yellow warning icon.
Device management
Under the same security tab, the player can see a list of devices approved for quick sign-in (if Keep me signed in has been activated). Devices can be deregistered manually, which immediately ends active sessions on that device. The reviewer recommends monthly review of the device list to remove old phones or shared computers.
Session time and automatic sign-out
The default session lasts 60 minutes without activity, after which the player is automatically signed out. During active play the session is continuously extended. The casino offers custom session times between 15 minutes and 4 hours under Profile > Security > Session Management. The reviewer recommends a 30-minute session for players who often leave the computer without closing the browser.
Biometric sign-in on mobile
The SlotSpice mobile web version supports biometric sign-in via Face ID (iOS) and Fingerprint (Android) from May 2025 onwards. The feature is activated via a clear prompt at the first mobile sign-in after the update. The reviewer confirmed that biometrics do not replace the password but are stored locally in the device's secure enclave and generate an OAuth token that is sent at each sign-in. If the device is reset or the biometric changes, full password sign-in is required again.
Shared sign-in across the group's sites
The casino's owner operates seven sister brands. Despite common ownership, sign-in credentials are not shared between brands; each brand has a separate database for accounts, balances and KYC documents according to MGA's requirement for database separation. The player must therefore create a separate account on each sister site and complete separate KYC verification.
Account support for sign-in problems
For persistent sign-in problems, the casino refers to [email protected]. The reviewer sent three test requests about alleged sign-in errors: all were answered within 3 hours 20 minutes during weekdays with detailed troubleshooting help. In one case a lockout after five failed attempts required lifting; support requested a selfie with ID and the account was reopened within 45 minutes after review.
